Cross Tails is a tactical strategy RPG rich in character development that follows a story-driven plot and stage levels
depicted in a 3D quarter view. Players will throw themselves into turn-based battles with a wide range of characters each
with their own classes.

Story
The Kingdom of Ranverfurt, a country of the Hundians, and the Republic of Hidiq, a nation of the Felles. It has already
been a decade since the war started between these two nations as neither side is able to put an end to it. The hatred
between the two peoples is so deep as if it was imprinted in their memories...

Game Mechanics
In turn-based battles, players can enjoy highly strategic combat that takes advantage of the varying elevation of the
terrain and character orientation. The game also features a high degree of freedom in character development, including
class changes, skill trees, and faith selection. Aim for victory by utilizing a total of more than 30 classes, including the
heavy knight who serves as a wall in the vanguard and the archer who excels at long-range attacks.

Battles occur on quarter-view maps with height differences, wherein the front, back, and side of the map determine each battle’s outcome. Talented Illustrator Makimura Shunsuke-san is the appointed character designer! • Rebirth Exceed - The gauge in the upper right corner of the screen builds up anytime the Player attacks and defends during battles. Store up enough power to activate a particular skill called “Rebirth Exceed”! Each character has unique talents, including dealing with godly damage to enemies and reviving fallen allies who cannot fight.
• Smooth Character Animations - Animations play a more active role now. During battles, smooth animations were made by animating parts of the characters’ pixel art. Both human characters and monsters move a lot more vividly than ever compared to previous titles in the series!
• Battle Maps Transformed Into 3D - 3D models produce battle maps, and the camera angles can rotate during the Player’s Turn. Hidden items, etc., can be found by rotating the camera !?
• Full Options Setting - Options settings include turning the Grid Display ON/OFF on the 3D Battle Maps, “Skill Easy Play,” and “Faster Movement Play,” etc., which are more suitable for repeat play value.
